About the Role:
We are looking for a GTM & Growth Executive with a solid interest in GTM technologies, automation, and lead generation. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, preferably in MERN/full-stack development, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Work on GTM technologies and tools for lead generation and business growth.

· Set up and manage cold email campaigns, outreach systems, and email automation.

·Work with intent-based signals to identify and target potential leads.

· Build and manage automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, etc.

· Work with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.

· Use AI and automation tools to improve lead generation and GTM processes.

· Support technical requirements related to MERN / Full-Stack Development and internal tools.





Key Skills required

· Good technical understanding of Full-Stack Development / MERN.

· Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.

· Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make.com or similar automation tools.

· Understanding of cold email tools, outreach, and email automation.

· Basic understanding of intent-based signals and lead-generation processes.

· Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.

·Strong willingness to learn new GTM, AI, and automation tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
