Business Head / Division Head

Position Summary :

The Divisional Head will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, sales growth, marketing effectiveness, portfolio development, and profitability of the business. The role requires solid leadership capabilities to build and execute long-term business plans, enhance market share, and deliver sustainable growth across the assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy in line with organizational objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Training, and Commercial Excellence.
- Identify market opportunities, unmet patient needs, and emerging trends to strengthen the division's competitive position.
- Work closely with product management teams to develop brand strategies, launch plans, lifecycle management initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate new product opportunities, line extensions, licensing opportunities,



and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, pricing trends, and regulatory developments to formulate effective business strategies.
- Ensure successful launch and commercialization of new products through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Drive scientific engagement and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Review business performance periodically and implement corrective actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation exercises.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless business operations.
