• Efficiently plan interior spaces to optimize user experience and adhere to building codes.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed drawings, renderings, and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure clear communication throughout all project phases.
• Present design concepts to clients, address their feedback, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Assist in developing project budgets and adhering to established timelines.
• Create comprehensive construction drawings that detail interior elements, joinery, lighting, and other architectural features.




• Conduct occasional site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation adheres to specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Architecture with strong proficiency in Vectorworks.
• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for 2D & 3D design development.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
