Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager Actuarial Data, AI & Transformation

Location: Bengaluru (WFO)
Experience: 5–10 years

We are looking for a technology-driven professional to lead data transformation, automation, and AI adoption within our Actuarial function.

The role will focus on building scalable actuarial data infrastructure, optimizing reserving and regulatory reporting processes, developing advanced analytics solutions, and supporting the development of an in-house modelling platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize actuarial data pipelines and data governance frameworks.
- Drive automation of reserving, reporting, and analytical processes using SQL, Python, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Lead AI adoption and identify use cases across actuarial workflows.
- Develop dashboards, management insights, and self-service reporting solutions.




- Support the design and implementation of an in-house actuarial modelling engine.
- Partner with Actuarial, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to modernize actuarial systems and processes.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in insurance analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, automation, and data warehousing.
- Experience in Insurance is preferred.
- Passion for leveraging AI and technology to solve business problems.
