Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Meadbery)
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager

Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — to meet Meadbery's hiring needs across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, and mass mailing
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule follow-ups
- Manage job postings and maintain candidate pipelines
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process
- Conduct onboarding/induction for recent hires
- Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers (TAT, source-wise hiring, cost-per-hire)




- Build and manage relationships with consultancies/vendors when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/MBA in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions under deadlines

Skills: Sourcing, screening, negotiation, MS Excel/MIS, stakeholder coordination

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
