*US Account Executive* with 2+ years of work experience required *US based CPA firm* at *Dahisar, Mumbai*

*Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm*

JD:

* *Execute daily transaction entries and perform data accuracy checks to support US accounting operations*

* Support month-end closure of US accounts and ensure timely finalization of books

* *Carry out bank reconciliations, process AP/AR transactions,* and maintain the general ledger as per guidelines

* Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

* *Assist in executing sales tax calculations* and ensure compliance tasks are completed under senior supervision

* Work closely with CPAs for statutory compliance monthly, quarterly, and yearly

* *Assist in quarterly sales tax workings and filings*

* Coordinate effectively with the India & US teams, CPAs, foreign clients, and other external agencies





* *Assist in audits and maintain up-to-date documentation as per US accounting standards*

Salary *up to Rs 35,000 per month (can be increased for a suitable candidate)*
