About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Engagement & Onboarding Specialist to manage candidate onboarding, engagement, compliance, and deployment for US Light Industrial staffing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding from selection to deployment.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, BGV, I-9, drug screening, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in CEIPAL/ATS and client portals.
- Communicate with candidates regarding documents, start dates, shifts, and reporting details.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve deployment issues.
- Coordinate with Recruiters, Account Managers,



HR & Payroll teams.
- Support employee engagement and post-deployment follow-ups.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and reports.

Required Skills
- Experience in US Staffing / Non-IT Staffing / Onboarding / Staffing Operations.
- Exposure to Light Industrial staffing preferred.
- Knowledge of US onboarding & compliance processes.
- Experience with CEIPAL, ADP, ATS/CRM is preferred.
- Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a US shift.
