Role Summary

We are seeking a highly professional,



proactive, and technology-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Founder. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills, along with the ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to enhance operational efficiency. This role demands a high level of discretion, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules with precision.
- Draft, review, and manage professional emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
