Job Summary

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer responsible for project estimation, quantity calculation, BOQ preparation, costing, and coordination with vendors and project teams. The role requires positive technical, analytical, and costing skills.

Role & responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs.
- Calculate quantities from drawings and site details.
- Prepare rate analysis and costing sheets.
- Check material requirements and costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission.
- Review drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers and the purchase team.
- Monitor project budgets and cost variations.
- Maintain estimation records and documentation.

Support billing and planning teams when required

Preferred candidate profile
- 45 years of experience in estimation and costing.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of estimation and costing.
- Understanding of construction materials and market rates.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
