Job Role: Recruitment Specialist (Fresher)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.

Required Skills:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Recruitment and HR are welcome.
