Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing, including ESIC, GST returns, PF filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns (GSTR-3B) to avoid penalties.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for claim settlements under various schemes such as ESI Act 1948.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leave management, and salary calculations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years' experience in accountancy or related field.
- Solid knowledge of ESIC, GST return filling, PF filing, TDS return preparation.
- Experience in managing payroll processes for multiple employees.
- Familiarity with health care services industry regulations.
