Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service / Sales experience with international BPO
- International BPO experience will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills verbal & written.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age: 18 - 35 years.

Attractive Compensation

1 Year Customer Experience - 40,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI

1.5 - 2 Years Experience - 42,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI

2+ Years Experience44,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI

Note: Offered salary includes Fixed CTC + PLI. Applicable PF, ESIC/Mediclaim, and gratuity deductions will be as per company policy.

Shift & Working Details
- Rotational Shifts, Mostly Night Shifts
- Working Hours: 9.5 hours including 1-hour break
- Working Days: 5 or 5.5 days per week, depending on the campaign
- Rotational Week-offs
- Cab Facility: Available in select campaigns for both-side transportation during eligible night shifts, generally between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM.

Training & Certification
- 3 months of paid training
- After selection,

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Engage customers through consultative conversations and identify sales opportunities.
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, and other process targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus in every interaction.
