- Ensure capacity availability at suppliers for casting parts.
- Costing, Price calculation, Cost reductions & negotiations with suppliers
- Knowledge of casting/painting/machining process
- Forecasting of production/SPD requirement as per business plan for building capacity
- Handling of internal cost audits & self-audits
- Knowledge of basic quality requirement for casting & machining
- Knowledge of various costing process
- Should have basic knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machining
- Should have knowledge of TPM & 16 basic losses
- Should have knowledge of procurement of cutting tools for different sources to optimize the cost.
- Basic understanding of Aluminum & ferrous casting process
Planning & Execution of project requirement, interaction with all related dept.

Production Planning and Control activities on shop floor.

Ensure proper & effective utilization of machines/material/resource.

Hands on experience in ERP.

Update all project updates and work updates in ERP.

Robust analytical skills and communications are required.
