Job Summary

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules) to support technology projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into explicit functional requirements.
- Support project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluent in German (Speaking, Reading,



and Writing).
- German proficiency levels such as A1 / A2 / B1 / B2 / C1 / C2.
- Certifications such as CEFR / Goethe / TELC / OSD are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules.
- Experience in BRD preparation and requirement documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Experience working in technology or IT projects.
- Candidates with German certification.
