Role Description
The Academic Counsellor – APAC role is a full time, on-site position based in
Noida 63
. The individual in this role will guide prospective and current learners across APAC in selecting suitable programs,



providing structured student counseling and academic advising aligned with their goals and background. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations (online and in-person), explaining program structures and admission requirements, and supporting learners through application and enrollment processes. The Academic Counsellor will collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure consistent communication, accurate information, and a positive learner experience. The role also involves tracking learner progress, offering career counseling support where appropriate, and maintaining detailed records and reports to inform outreach and retention strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills, with the ability to understand learner goals and recommend appropriate programs.
