Location: Ernakulam Experience: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Performance: Recruit, onboard, and train suitable candidates to meet business objectives and achieve company goals. Monitor and review employee performance and prepare regular management reports.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, attendance, employee coordination, employee records, and implementation of HR policies.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales and marketing performance using CRM, analyse results, and prepare regular reports to support management decision-making.
- Sales Channel Development: Identify, develop, and implement multiple sales channels to expand market reach and drive business growth, including franchisee and other strategic partnership models. Support the development of channel structures, processes,



onboarding, and ongoing coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
