Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented HR / Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in US IT Staffing and/or Healthcare Staffing recruitment.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on recruiter, team builder and hiring driver with a proven track record of high-volume hiring and building recruitment teams from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment with 80%+ focus on hiring.
- Build and scale recruitment teams from 0 to 50+ employees.
- Drive high-volume hiring for US IT and Healthcare Staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines and sourcing channels.
- Hire Recruiters, Team Leads, Managers and Staffing Professionals.
- Achieve aggressive monthly hiring targets and improve Time-to-Hire.




- Build employee referral networks and recruitment channels.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Noida/NCR staffing market.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement and basic HR operations.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 38+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing and/or Healthcare Staffing recruitment.
- Strong track record of high-volume and rapid hiring.
- Experience in building recruitment teams/functions from 0 1 50+.
- Solid candidate network and market knowledge in Noida/NCR.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Background in Journalism, Mass Communication or Media.
- Experience in a startup, staffing firm or high-growth organization.
