Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models utilizing Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PySpark, Pandas, LangChain, Llama-Index, OpenAI, MLflow, Azure sdk, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.
- Perform data exploration, cleaning, feature engineering, and model selection for optimal performance, leveraging the capabilities of Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.
- Implement a robust CI/CD pipeline for machine learning models using Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps to ensure automation, reproducibility, and productive deployment in the Azure cloud.
- Support production deployed ML models and AI applications
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and tune model performance, identify areas for improvement,



and iterate on models for optimal results.
- Document work effectively, including model development process, technical decisions, and results.
- Strictly adhere to Catalent’s Responsible AI Framework and practices
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PySpark, Pandas, LangChain, Llama-Index, OpenAI, MLflow , Azure sdk, etc.).
- Experience with building, deploying, and monitoring production-ready ML models.
- Familiarity with CI/CD best practices for machine learning workflows.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform (Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, etc.) is required.
