Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to manage and convert company-provided leads into business opportunities while also supporting marketing and brand promotion activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting in marketing initiatives to generate additional business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions based on company offerings.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly or yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Regularly follow up with inactive and existing clients to identify repeat business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Marketing.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle and convert inbound leads effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
