Role & responsibilities

*Partner Onboarding and Sales:*
- Identify and onboard channel partners (CP) and Outreach Partners (OP) across the region to promote and sell our robotics education solutions to schools in the assigned Region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with partners to drive growth in the Region
- Responsible for achieving the sales target given by the organization
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from Lead generation to closure, with Agreements signed with schools
- Recommend pricing strategies/tactics for the region

*Operations and Customer Support:*
- Manage the full customer lifecycle through sales, implementation, and post-sales support phases
- Ensure smooth setup of Robotics labs, arrange training sessions for mentors/teachers, manage timely kit supplies, and other technical support needed for effective functioning of the program
- Ensure monthly income statements are managed, with a focus on sales performance, cost tracking, and profit margins




- Oversee the follow-up on payments from schools, ensuring all transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding performance, sales pipeline, customer satisfaction, and regional growth

*Financial Management & Payments:*

- Maintain a explicit and transparent financial record of sales, expenses, and outstanding payments

*Brand Representation & Relationship Building:*
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and school meetings, further establishing our brand presence
- Cultivate long-term relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner for their educational solutions
