Advocate – Civil, Commercial, Consumer & Criminal Litigation

Experience

3–5 years of post-enrolment litigation experience

- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Key Responsibilities

The selected Advocate will be responsible for independently handling assigned litigation matters and will be expected to:
- Draft plaints, written statements, complaints, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, affidavits and other pleadings.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case notes based on applicable laws,



rules and judicial precedents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, commissions and other judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
- Independently manage day-to-day proceedings, hearings, filings and procedural compliances.
- Review pleadings, documents and evidence and identify key legal and factual issues.
- Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal inputs on assigned matters.
- Prepare matters for hearings, arguments and cross-examination, wherever required.
- Coordinate with clients, senior counsel, the Delhi office and other empanelled counsels.
- Maintain accurate case records, hearing updates, deadlines and litigation documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of pleadings, applications, replies and other documents.
- Represent clients professionally and effectively before the relevant forums.
- Contribute to the expansion of Jurisiti Legal LLP's litigation practice in Maharashtra.
