Job Description – Faculty (Hindi Medium)

SHRIM Institute, Patna is looking for dedicated and experienced faculty members to teach students from Grade 6 to Grade 12 in Hindi Medium.

The selected faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based and exam-oriented classes in both online and offline modes. Teachers will explain concepts clearly in Hindi, complete the assigned syllabus on time, conduct regular tests, solve previous-year questions and provide doubt-solving support.

Teaching Areas

Grade 6–10: All Subjects
Grade 11–12: Science Subjects along with English & Hindi

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular classes and maintain teaching quality.




- Complete the syllabus within the planned academic schedule.
- Prepare notes, assignments, worksheets and study materials.
- Conduct tests and analyze student performance.
- Discuss previous-year questions and exam-oriented problems.
- Explicit students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain discipline and an interactive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning levels.
- Support both online and offline classroom programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
