We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-oriented Jewellery Retail Store Manager to lead the showroom operations and sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in jewellery retail, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand values, store presentation, and customer service.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the showroom sales team to maximise individual and store performance.
- Monitor overall store performance, identify gaps, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Track sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Understand customer preferences and share insights with management to support business decisions.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities, and provide relevant market insights.




- Identify and report key operational issues to management along with suitable action plans.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations while maintaining company standards and processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to customer retention and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2-3 years in a Store Manager or Team Leadership role.
- Strong understanding of jewellery retail sales and showroom operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team and achieve business targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Presentable, confident, energetic, and highly customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Graduate qualification preferred.
