2. Collections Management-
- Manage portfolio of customers for timely payments.
- Identify potential delinquencies and take action.
3. Payment Solutions-
- Offer versatile payment options and negotiate settlements.
- Ensure customer commitment to payment plans.
4. Documentation & Follow-up-
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
- Follow up on payments and escalate overdue cases.
5. Customer Retention-
- Address customer concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales team for cross-sell opportunities
