Role: Social Media Manager Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Kolhapur (On-site / Hybrid)

Stipend: Month 1: Unpaid (Training & Evaluation) | Months 2–6: ₹2,000 to ₹5,000/month (Performance-based)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager Intern to assist in managing and growing brand handles across various digital platforms. This internship provides direct hands-on training in social media strategy, content ideation, copywriting, scheduling workflows, and audience engagement for live client brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation & Planning:
- Assist in developing weekly and monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Research viral content formats, trending audios, and relevant industry themes to keep client pages fresh.
- Brainstorm hooks, visual concepts, and carousel ideas alongside designers and video editors.
- Copywriting & Publishing:
- Write engaging captions, punchy headlines, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).




- Select relevant niche hashtags and format posts for optimal platform performance.
- Schedule and publish daily posts, stories, and reels using scheduling tools or native platform apps.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor comment sections, reply to audience direct messages (DMs), and drive engagement via interactive stories (polls, Q&As;, quizzes).
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key metrics such as impressions, reach, profile visits, follower growth, and engagement rates.
- Compile simple monthly performance insights to identify top-performing content types.

Requirements & Skills
- Active personal presence or solid familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ecosystem dynamics.
- Good written communication and copywriting skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN) is a plus.
- Keen eye for modern aesthetics, visual layouts, and internet trends.
