Olways Digital is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing cum Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns while also creating engaging content across social media, blogs, and other platforms. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who loves blending strategy with creativity.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, and Script writing
- Present and appear in videos/reels for brand promotion
- Assist in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign/content performance
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborate with the team on brand strategy and campaign ideas
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid ad campaigns is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
