Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
AEM Assets Lead
with strong expertise in
Adobe Experience Manager Assets/DAM
to lead enterprise-level implementations, integrations, and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead AEM Assets/DAM implementation, customization, migration, and support.
- Design and manage
DAM workflows, metadata, tagging, taxonomy, permissions, and asset lifecycle
.
- Work on
AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
and enterprise integrations.
- Lead integrations with PIM, CRM, CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party systems.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting,



and mentoring to the AEM team.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of AEM experience with strong
AEM Assets/DAM
expertise.
- Hands-on experience with
AEMaaCS, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, and REST APIs
.
- Robust knowledge of DAM workflows, metadata, tagging, and asset governance.
- Experience with
AEM migration, integrations, CI/CD, Git, Maven, and Cloud Manager
.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
