We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate and qualify new business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, lead generation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, finding decision-makers, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating qualified meetings/opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential US-based B2B clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, job title, seniority, and other ICP criteria.
- Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, VPs, Heads of Departments, and Procurement/Sales/IT leaders.
- Use Sales Navigator to save and monitor relevant leads and accounts and leverage prospect updates for timely outreach.
- Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other appropriate channels.




- Create personalized LinkedIn connection requests, InMails, and email sequences.
- Research prospects and companies before outreach to personalize messaging.
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, authority, timeline, and company fit.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls/meetings for Account Executives or the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture interested leads.
- Track outreach, response, meeting-booking, and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve ICP, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting-booking, and revenue pipeline targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
