HR Round Interview Process

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment plans to meet monthly hiring requirements Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations and shortlisting
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and placement activities Visit colleges and institutions to build long-term hiring partnerships
- Assist in onboarding formalities and joining coordination Maintain accurate hiring records, reports, and recruitment metrics




- Represent the organization during college collaborations and HR meets Drive lateral and entry-level hiring across business functions
- Manage job postings and active hiring on multiple recruitment platforms

Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to manage lateral and campus hiring requirements
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and hiring compliance
- Time management and multitasking abilities

What You Will:
- Learn Practical exposure to lateral hiring, campus recruitment, and bulk hiring
- End-to-end talent acquisition strategies in a rapid-growing organization
- Performance-driven hiring and workforce planning
- Building and managing college partnerships and collaborations
- Candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management

Compensation:
- Probation Period (3 months): ₹15,000/month to ₹18,000/month
- Post Confirmation (Full-Time): Fixed Pay: 3 LPA to 4 LPA
