Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain company data accurately. The candidate will be responsible for entering information into ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and other internal databases while ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in ERP systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and internal databases.
- Maintain and organize customer, product, inventory, invoice, memo, and other business records.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Search and retrieve required information from company records and systems.
- Perform regular data checking and correction of errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries as required by the department.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect missing or required information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Complete daily data-entry targets within the assigned timeline.




- Perform other administrative and data-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP/software systems.
- Experience in diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, inventory, or trading operations will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables is an added advantage.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00
