Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify potential customers, decision-makers, procurement heads, plant managers, and industry professionals
- Build and maintain a targeted prospect database
- Develop personalized LinkedIn connection and outreach strategies
- Engage prospects through professional messages and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential leads
- Convert LinkedIn prospects into sales enquiries and business opportunities
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further follow-up and conversion
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly
- Monitor lead status, response rates, follow-ups, and conversion performance
- Research new industries, markets, companies, and potential customers




- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prospect research and networking abilities
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering B2B will be an added advantage
