Job Overview

We are looking for a relentless, highly strategic B2B Corporate Sales Associate to open doors with enterprise HR departments, Talent Acquisition heads, and Global Mobility teams. You will not be selling "apartments"; you will be selling a streamlined corporate housing solution that saves companies time, reduces hotel spend, and provides a flawless onboarding experience for their recent hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and target mid-to-large corporate firms, IT companies, and relocation agencies operating in our core hubs (including Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Pune).
- Solution Selling:



Pitch Renteel’s exclusive portfolio of managed properties as the ultimate alternative to extended hotel stays and fragmented local broker networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to secure vendor empanelment and sign exclusive corporate housing mandates.
- Cross-Functional Handoff: Seamlessly transition signed corporate mandates to the field operations team. You will secure the client, and work alongside the field staff who will handle physical property verifications, walkthroughs, and tenant move-ins.
- Account Management: Build long-term relationships with HR partners to ensure Renteel becomes their default housing provider for all future hiring cycles.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience (experience selling SaaS, corporate insurance, wellness programs, or IT services to HR/Admin departments is highly preferred).
