Role Description
The Talent Solution Consultant Trainee (Internship - Noida) role at Al Fahad Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the trainee supports talent-related activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and helping manage candidate pipelines. The trainee works closely with senior consultants on workforce planning initiatives, gathering data, preparing reports,



and contributing to basic talent management tasks. Daily responsibilities include communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting coaching or onboarding activities for new hires. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in consulting and talent solutions within a structured, mentoring environment.
