Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive will be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office) will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in the Three-Wheeler/Automobile Industry will be preferred.

Gender
- Female

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, sales leads, service reminders, and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.




- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the sales and service departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Generate customer feedback reports and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about recent products, promotional offers, and after-sales services.
- Support the sales team by generating and qualifying customer leads.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on pending customer requests and service requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge.
- Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
