*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user devices. The candidate should have robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.





Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.

Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

*Required Skills:*

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.

* Minimum 6 months of experience in desktop support or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.

* Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
