Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Client Services within the Banking / Financial Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business and client requirements, analysing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with business and client-facing stakeholders to understand requirements and business needs.

· Analyse business processes, workflows, and client servicing requirements.

· Translate business requirements into explicit and structured functional requirements.

· Prepare business documentation, process flows, user stories, and requirement specifications.

· Work closely with Product, Technology, Client Services, and other business teams.

· Identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions.

· Support requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.

· Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and addressed.

· Analyse issues and provide appropriate recommendations.





· Support testing and validation of business requirements where required.

· Track requirements, dependencies, risks, and open issues.

· Prepare status reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

· Ensure alignment with business objectives, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5–10 years of relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services.

· Strong experience in Client Services / Transaction Banking.

· Good understanding of banking products and client servicing processes.

· Strong Business Analysis and requirement-gathering skills.

· Experience in stakeholder management.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
