About the Role

Flemix Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart and an independent e-commerce website, along with digital advertising, product listing, marketplace operations and online sales growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the complete e-commerce and digital marketing operations, from product listing to advertising, order management and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and catalogues on Amazon, Flipkart and our own e-commerce website
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords and SEO content
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central operations
- Plan, create and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPC, conversions and sales




- Develop strategies to increase online sales and product visibility
- Manage product pricing, offers, discounts and promotional campaigns
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and marketplace issues
- Coordinate inventory availability across marketplaces and the website
- Track marketplace account health, ratings, reviews and customer feedback
- Analyze sales and marketing data and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify recent opportunities for online sales and marketplace growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, creatives and fulfilment
- Stay updated with Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta and e-commerce trends
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Experience managin
