We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Internship Details

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Timings: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Work from Home

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through leading job portals.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for face-to-face interviews with company managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Required Skills




- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Confidence in conducting telephonic interviews.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Database management and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Knowledge of IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Candidates must be available to work from the office for 6 hours daily for the complete three-month internship period.
