Overview We're looking for a versatile graphic designer who can create highly creative, scroll-stopping content with real viral potential, along with polished graphics and video. This person should know how to make content that gets shared and drives engagement, while still keeping things on-brand for a kitchen company — we're not looking for anything too out there or off-brand, just genuinely creative, high-performing content. They'll also use AI-powered tools to produce high-quality visual and video content quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Design bold, creative social media content built to grab attention and drive shares, likes, and engagement, while staying true to our brand as a kitchen company
- Produce and edit video content, from short-form viral-style social clips to more polished brand video
- Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, or similar) to create original video content
- Use AI image/graphic generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to create high-quality graphics and visual assets




- Combine AI-generated and traditionally-produced assets into finished, on-brand content
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content stays creative but brand-appropriate
- Refine designs and video based on feedback and performance data (what's actually driving traction)
- Stay current with viral content trends, AI creative tools, and social/video best practices

Qualifications
- Strong experience in graphic design and digital content creation, ideally with a track record of high-performing or viral social content
- Solid video editing skills (cutting, pacing, color, sound, motion graphics)
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI image generation tools
- Sharp instinct for what makes content shareable, plus strong layout, typography, color, and brand storytelling skills
- Comfortable learning and adopting recent AI creative tools quickly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
