Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Capacity Fulfilment Lead with 12+ years of experience to lead capacity planning, demand fulfilment, and resource optimization across multiple portfolios supporting a strategic healthcare customer.

The role will provide cross-portfolio visibility and governance of demand, capacity, supply, and fulfilment, working closely with delivery leaders, portfolio/program managers, workforce management,



talent acquisition, and other enabling functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that current and forecasted resource requirements are understood, planned, and fulfilled in alignment with business priorities and delivery commitments.

Solid experience working in the Healthcare domain is mandatory, along with demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, resource/workforce management, demand forecasting, fulfilment governance, and stakeholder management in a large-scale IT services or technology environment.

Key Responsibilities Capacity Planning Demand Management
- Lead capacity and resource planning across multiple portfolios, programs, and delivery teams supporting the healthcare customer.
- Consolidate and analyze current and future demand across portfolios to provide an integrated view of resource requirements.
