We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. If you have experience handling recruitment for MNC clients and thrive in a structured, process-driven remote work environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for MNC clients requirements.
- Understand client expectations and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases.
- Handle hiring across mid to senior and leadership positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers,



reports and ensure compliance with defined processes in a remote work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a recruitment consultancy.
- Proven experience in hiring for MNC clients across multiple Corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of MNC hiring practices.
- Experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Self-disciplined, process-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
- Immediate joiners will only be considered.
- You should have your own phone, laptop and internet connection.
