Responsibilities
:

Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned goals.

Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products or services.

Client Engagement & Demonstration
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s offerings.
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements, with support from the reporting manager.
- Fix appointments and coordinate demos for prospective clients.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing client concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance
