We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Manager – Social Media & Content to lead HRX’s social media presence, content strategy and brand storytelling. The role will drive end-to-end social planning and execution while ensuring a consistent, culturally relevant and high-quality brand presence across platforms.

Role Responsibilities
- Own and drive HRX’s social media and content strategy across platforms.
- Lead content planning, calendarisation and execution across campaigns, launches and key brand moments.
- Ensure a consistent HRX brand voice across social content, influencer communication, UGC and PR integrations.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to take campaigns and content from concept to execution.
- Lead influencer and creator strategy, including content conceptualisation and approvals.
- Manage agencies and oversee creative output to ensure quality, consistency and strategic alignment.
- Identify relevant trends, formats and cultural opportunities to strengthen the brand's social presence.
- Support content and communication strategy for events,



partnerships, communities and on-ground activations.
- Collaborate with PR, partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across external communication.
- Track content performance and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing a brand's social media and content ecosystem end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital culture, influencer marketing and platform trends.
- Experience managing creative or social media agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Robust creative and strategic thinking with excellent attention to brand consistency.
- Ability to independently manage projects from ideation to execution.
- Experience in sports, fitness, fashion or lifestyle brands will be a strong advantage.
