JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Position: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and support the management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.

Supervise accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, payments, and collections.

Prepare and review bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.

Monitor expenses, outstanding receivables, payables, and cash/bank transactions.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.





Assist in month-end and year-end closing and audit requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Solid knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

A dependable and detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, leadership ability, and experience in independently handling accounting operations and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
