About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and client-focused Project Coordinator / Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning to execution. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects and events are delivered smoothly and on time.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client communication, project coordination, event management, and travelling for work whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain robust professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, organise, and manage corporate events, meetings, promotional activities, and other events.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues,



and other external partners.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, manpower, and on-ground execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Visit project/event locations whenever required and supervise on-ground activities.
- Prepare basic project reports, schedules, presentations, and documentation.
- Identify potential issues and resolve them proactively to ensure smooth execution.
- Travel to different locations for client meetings, project work, and events as required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Event Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
