Remote Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to drive end-to-end technical integration architecture for an enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation program. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP integration technologies combined with strong functional grounding in supply chain planning processes, along with the leadership maturity to manage multi-vendor technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical integration architecture across the SAP IBP transformation program
- Design and orchestrate seamless data flows across SAP, SAP IBP, and Blue Yonder (JDA) ecosystems
- Define and drive overall integration strategy, including interface mapping and error-handling protocols
- Own end-to-end delivery architectural design, interface mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Bridge business requirements with technical designs by applying supply chain/IBP functional knowledge (Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP;)
- Lead and align multi-vendor technical teams across heterogeneous environments
- Manage risk,



stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination through delivery

Must-Have Technical Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with at least one of: SAP CPI/DS, SAP PO/PI, or SAP Integration Suite (primary foundational stack)
- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP with SAP IBP and Blue Yonder (JDA)
- Experience in interface design, error handling, and testing for enterprise integration landscapes

Must-Have Functional Skills
- Good understanding of core Supply Chain & IBP processes Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;

Leadership Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-vendor technical teams
- Experience defining integration strategy and owning technical governance
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
