Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, promoting automobiles, conducting follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and sales through effective follow-up.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration,



service, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/DMS.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and customer events.
- Stay updated on products, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Experience in automobile, retail, field, or direct sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
