About the Role

We are looking for a Backlink / Off-Page SEO Intern who wants to build a career in SEO and digital marketing.

This role is suitable for freshers who have basic knowledge of SEO or are willing to learn backlink building, outreach, competitor research, link prospecting, and off-page SEO.

You do not need to be an SEO expert before joining. We will provide training on our backlink research, quality-checking, outreach, and reporting processes.

- Research relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
- Find websites related to the client's industry, location, and target audience.
- Analyze competitor backlinks and identify replicable opportunities.
- Build lists of potential outreach websites.
- Find contact information for website owners, editors, and publishers.
- Assist with outreach through email and other approved channels.
- Follow up with prospects regarding backlink opportunities.
- Identify guest-post, link-insertion, resource-page, citation, and partnership opportunities.
- Check website quality before recommending a backlink.
- Maintain backlink prospecting and outreach sheets.
- Track live backlinks and report their status.
- Check whether acquired links are indexed and active.
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams for anchor text, landing pages, and content requirements.
