Head of Systems – Roles & Responsibilities (HTIC Global)

1. Technology Strategy & Business Alignment
- Define and execute the Systems roadmap aligned with HTIC's business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation and business process automation across all group companies.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.

2. ERP & Business Applications
- Own the implementation, enhancement, and governance of Odoo ERP across all business divisions.
- Standardize business processes while accommodating division-specific requirements.
- Ensure ERP solutions support Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business functions.
- Review and approve functional requirements and solution designs.

3. Project & Delivery Governance
- Establish project governance, delivery standards, and implementation methodologies.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects through structured planning and stakeholder engagement.




- Review project health and take corrective actions where required.

4. Business Process Automation & AI
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Identify repetitive manual processes suitable for automation.
- Promote the adoption of intelligent workflows and data-driven decision-making.

5. Systems Governance & Quality
- Define development standards, documentation standards, testing processes, and change management procedures.
- Ensure proper requirement gathering, UAT, and sign-off before production deployment.
- Establish governance for change requests and release management.

6. Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Review project deliverables, service quality, and contractual commitments.
- Ensure vendor accountability for timelines, quality, and support.

7. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Systems team, including Project Managers
