The Role

We are seeking a creative powerhouse to join our in-office team immediately. As a Sr. Graphic Designer,



you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle—from conceptualizing high-impact Ad Creatives to editing professional Videos. You will work side-by-side with our Performance Marketing strategists, translating campaign data into visual masterpieces using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and cutting-edge AI Tools.

Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities1. Performance-Driven Creative Development
- Ad Creatives: Design high-converting static and dynamic ad visuals for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn that directly impact Click-Through Rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Social Media Content: Develop engaging platform-native creatives including Carousels, Instagram Stories, Reels thumbnails, and Posters that align with brand guidelines while maximizing audience engagement.
- Video Editing & Production: Edit professional short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks)
